At Konventum we most certainly have room for your conference. We have four auditoriums, 45 meeting rooms and numerous alcoves placed all over the building which are ideal for group work, research, preparation or brainstorming.

Apart from these we also have 259 bedrooms with a view of the park or courtyards. We have room for 370 seated guests in the restaurant. We also have Denmark's largest private art collection. And then there is unlimited free parking.

Meeting packages

At Konventum you never have to worry about your technical set-up. We always allocate a technician to your meeting to help you get started. In all rooms, projector and PC are standard. Our technicians are a fixed part of all our meeting packages. All meeting packages can be altered to suit your specific needs to create the best conference for you.

Facilitating & Team building

Konventum's consultants can assist you in facilitating your conference, to coordinate speakers, and keep energy levels high throughout the whole day. You can also use our team building activities as a professional part of your conference and gain a higher level of involvement among your participants.

Online registration

At Konventum we provide online registration of your participants. You can send invitations (mail) as well as reminders (mail and text messages) to all your participants. Your manager can get access to the list of participants and you can make a direct print-out of participants, place cards and name badges or send out follow-up mails and materials.

Company functions

Let us host your next company function. Start the day by getting to know your colleagues better in a friendly game of pentathlon in our beautiful park. After all the fun and games you can enjoy a delicious three-course menu in our restaurant and continue the party in our bar area.

Christmas party

It's not Christmas without Konventum's lavish Christmas lunch full of classic homemade dishes and exciting local specialities. Indulge in both hot and cold dishes, fresh fish and tender meat, cheeses and desserts. We also have LIVE music every night until 00.30 am, so you and your colleagues can have a very merry time together.
